EA Access

So, this is not a game, but it is game related! :)
I've seen a lot of people questioning this subscriptionbased service, but I'll take my time and explain this to you guys :) Because this service is actually pretty neat!

First of all, this service is Xbox One exclusive. As far as I know, Sony declined this service, because they were "thinking of their customers", so they wouldn't spend too much money to enjoy games. But this service rather SAVES you money than wasting it!

How do you save, you say? Well, with EA Access you'll have an automatic 10% off ALL EA titles! This was really nice for me when getting Battlefield Hardline Ultimate Edition (I saved about 10-15€ on it!). So yeah, you get 10% off their games with this sub :)

This gets better though! With this subscription you also get to play free games in the Vault, and right now we have 9 games there; Battlefield 4, Fifa 14, PvZ: Garden Warfare, UFC, Need for Speed Rivals, Peggle 2, NBA Live 15, Madden 15 and Madden 25. I was thinking of buying NFS Rivals, until I saw the Vault on the EA Access, and then decided to go for the subscription instead x)

You want more? Well, we got this "test the game before buying it" option on some of the games, or the Early Access option as well. You get a set of hours you can play the games before you decide to buy them. If you like, you buy, basically. If I didn't get the EA Access and had the ability to try out Dragon Age Inquisition, I would never had bought it!

But with all these goodies, this service must be expensive, right? Well, I think it's a cheap prize to pay for this: about 20-25€ a year. Not sure the exact prize in € since I pay with NOK, but this should be about right :)

So, what do you guys think? I thought I had lost hope for EA, but this service might just have redeemed them, at least from my view :)
Just sad that Sony said no to this service, their costumers would probably have enjoyed it.
Anyways, this is it; The EA Access!

Until next time~!

To the noobs and the "pros"

This is something I've wanted to say for a while, but I guess I havent had the time to write about it yet x)

This has bothered me for a long time: Noobs that think they know everything and won't take advice, and pros that are so full off themselves and think they know EVERYTHING and call you stuff if you don't follow their "orders".

So to all the noobs out there; LEARN TO TAKE ADVICE! I've met some really frustrating people while playing a lot of Warframe lately. Most of the people I try to talk to pretty much tells me to go to hell and calls me names and stuff. Seriously, I've played this game since the beta, and since it launched on Xbox One, so I have some experience in this game. Ofc, I don't know EVERYTHING in this game, but when I try to explain how a gamemode or event actually works you shouldn't go bananas angry and throw shit all over the place :p
And when you get a mean message from an experienced player, think for a second. If there are a lot of newbies like you, and they do the exact same misstakes as you, don't you think this experienced player are getting tired of this crap..? They probably get a lot of hate messages because they just try to help. Everyone is a noob at least once, and you should take advice from the more experienced players. That way you'll get better in the game, you know! ;)

And here's for the so-called "pros": DON'T BE AN ASS! Trust me, the noobs aren't the worst in this community, it's the ones calling themselves pros. They usually think so highly about themselves, so they tend to be pretty mean to others. What's the point of being arrogant and mean..? Do you feel better about yourself when you throw shit at others..? Instead of throwing insults, why don't you just chill and give some advice? If the other player reacts with insults etc, just send him/her a link to this and say "READ THIS!".

The gaming community has become just more and more crappy, and you need to find friends to play your games with to avoid assholes. This is not how it used to be! What the hell happened??!

A pretty angry post today, and probably a lot of spelling mistakes x) But it feels good to express my feelings towards this.
I hope I didn't make too many people angry, I just wanted to make people think a bit more about their actions and behaviour. There's no need to be rude to each others, and people should start reflecting more on how the person on the other side of the screen thinks and feels. They're another human being you know!

Anyways, until next time~!
